Although Potters is not a chemical manufacturer, its parent, PQ Corporation is, and belongs to the American Chemistry Council (ACC). All Potters U.S. manufacturing plants operate in accordance with the same Environmental, Health and Safety procedures as that of PQ. Accordingly, Potters has implemented standards that adhere to the six codes of the ACC Responsible Care initiative: Pollution Prevention, Employee Health and Safety, Community Awareness and Emergency Response (CAER), Process Safety, Distribution, and Product Stewardship.
